Zamo racing started in the first month of 01 selling fiberglass careening for some teams who were involved in nationals and international motorbikes races. The aim is to furnish quality aftermarket products with technological aspects developed cooperating with professionals end users.

A product developed on the track
Zamo Racing born in a racing environment in order to have the possibility to develop our careening also with constant feedback of the motor bike race tecnicians, such as riders, mechaincs and so on.
Thanks to the usefull informations acquired on the tracks we fell ready to be the technical solution to your particolar needs.

Hight quality materials
We worked hard to find and analize solutions to get a product with hight quality and important mechanical features.
After some experimentswe got the rigth solutions using the following materials.


The range of fiber which we use producing composed products is distinguished in two kinds:

FIBERGLASS: obtained from the spinning of a melted glass mass.
CARBON FIBER: obtained carbonizing to fixed temperatures the POLIACRILONITRILE' s fiber.

This materials are caracterize by specific mechanical properties much higher than some metals; so they an higher strongness at same weight. Moreover the arrancement of the fibers, realizing a manufacted, can increase the material endurance in the requested directions to satisfy the requirements of a frame subject to multiple efforts; while the selection of the fiber substance, with the right dimensioning, let's change , in a wide ranges of limits, the elastic modulus of the same frame. Mixing fibers with specific resins we have products with hight springness and lightness, two important aspects for a good careening.
